Bilancia Fitness X Lynnfield Recreation
Lynnfield Recreation very excited to announce a new partnership with Bilancia Fitness to expand teen and adult programming focused on strength, movement, and overall fitness.
Programming is led by Diana Dellogono. Diana has taught group fitness since 2010 and began her work at UMass Lowell. She spent over ten years leading fitness and wellness programs through the Campus Recreation department. Her background centers on strength training instruction, with a strong focus on young women and building confidence through safe, structured movement.
Program highlights:

This partnership brings high-quality fitness instruction into Lynnfield Recreation offerings with a focus on consistency, safety, and long-term wellness for participants.
Adult Programs
A gentle morning full body yoga flow connecting breath to movement with opportunities to slow down and settle deeper into postures. This series will focus on improving mobility, stability, balance, and creating a calm, grounded start to your day. Open for both men and women!

Teen Programs
A supportive and empowering program designed specifically for teen girls to build confidence, improve athletic performance, and develop a strong foundation in strength training. Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will learn proper technique using dumbbells and resistance bands while increasing strength, coordination, and body awareness in a safe and encouraging environment. This program is designed to be fun, welcoming, and community-focused. Each class will have upbeat music, positive coaching, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and grow both physically and mentally.
