Celebrate America’s 250th with a Community Golf Scramble in Lynnfield! Join us in celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with a fun and festive golf scramble right here in Lynnfield! Golfers of all ages and skill levels are invited to take part in this special community event featuring friendly competition, and plenty of patriotic spirit – Be sure to dress to impress in your favorite RED, WHITE, & BLUE! Event Format 4-Person Scramble Shotgun Start This is an 18-hole scramble, you will play the 9-hole course through two rounds Play will take place across both town courses for a full day of exciting competition. Important Info: We will fill King Rail with the first 18 foursomes and then Reedy Meadow Age Requirements Open to all ages, Lynnfield Residents only (since town bragging rights are on the line!) NOTE: Each group must include at least two golfers age 16 or older who are eligible to drive golf carts. Registration Pricing Juniors: $25 Adults: $40 Seniors: $35 Golf Cart Policy Minimum age to drive a cart: 16 years old Waiver required for drivers under 18 Two carts required per group On-Course Contests Kings Rail Course Longest Drive – Hole 3 Closest to the Pin – Hole 2 or 9 Reedy Meadow Course Longest Drive – Hole 5 Closest to the Pin – Hole 9 Beer Cart & Refreshments A beer cart will be available on both courses offering: Beer and hard seltzers – $4 each Snacks and light food options Possible souvenir cups Bring your friends, enjoy the competition, and celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a memorable day on the course. This scramble promises a great community atmosphere and a perfect way to honor the occasion and our great town.

Pickleball Tournament
Celebrate America’s historic 250th milestone with a fun and competitive Pickleball Tournament as part of the America 250th Celebration in Lynnfield! This community event invites local players to take the court for an exciting day of friendly competition, and patriotic spirit. The tournament will feature doubles teams, with two divisions will be offered—Adult (19+) and Senior (50+)—so players can compete against others in similar age groups. Competition will follow a double-elimination format, meaning every team is guaranteed at least two matches and a chance to battle their way back through the bracket. Whether you're playing for the championship or simply looking to enjoy a great day on the court, the format ensures plenty of action and exciting matchups. This tournament is open exclusively to Lynnfield residents, making it a great opportunity for neighbors to come together, celebrate the town, and mark 250 years of American history through sport and community spirit. Town of Lynnfield Community Movie Night Guidelines To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly experience for all attendees, the following guidelines will be in place for the Town-sponsored Movie Night at the Lynnfield Middle School Auditorium. Attendance: This event is open to Lynnfield residents and their guests. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Arrival and Seating: Doors will open prior to the scheduled movie start time to allow guests to find seats. Please follow the directions of event staff when entering the auditorium and selecting seats. Aisles, exits, and walkways must remain clear at all times for safety. Food and Beverages: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Please be mindful of the auditorium space and clean up after yourself. Alcohol is not permitted on school property. Conduct: Please be respectful of other attendees so everyone can enjoy the movie. Talking during the film, running in the auditorium, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be asked to leave the event. Electronics: Cell phones should be silenced or placed on vibrate during the movie. Flash photography and video recording of the movie are not permitted. Safety and Supervision: Children should remain with their parent or guardian throughout the event. In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from event staff or school personnel. Clean Up: Guests are asked to dispose of trash in the provided receptacles before leaving the auditorium. Please help keep the facility clean and enjoyable for future events.

Pie Eating Contest
Location: Lynnfield Common Event Time by AGE GROUP: 3:00pm 6-8 years-old 3:15pm 9-12 years-old 3:30pm 13-17 years-old 3:45pm 18 & Up Registration is first-come, first-serve and is limited to the first 8 participants in each age group. Participants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian sign the registration form! NO REGISTRATION FEE! THIS IS A FREE EVENT! Trophies awarded to the 1st Place finisher in each group. Contest Rules: Contestants will compete against each other. The object is to be the first contestant to eat an entire pie down to the tin. Completion of the pie will be decided by the judges, not the contestants. • Hands will not be allowed and must remain behind the contestant’s back • The winner will be the person who consumes the most amount of pie during the allotted 5 minutes • In the event of a tie whichever one of the tied contestants who ends up with the best pie smile will be announced as the overall winner for that specific contest. • Any visible signs of sickness will cause disqualification. • Waiver must be signed by contestant prior to contest. • Children under 18 must have a signed permission entry form signed by a parent or guardian. Acknowledgement of Risks and Waiver of Liability: Contestants acknowledge that there are risks of personal injury as a result from participating in this contest. Contestants, as a condition of entry, assume the risk of any such injury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Town of Lynnfield, its sponsor, vendors, and any others affiliated with the Lynnfield 250th Celebration event from all claims or actions for damages resulting from any injury suffered as a result of this competition.
