Strength & Conditioning Middle/High School Kids
Enjoy a variety of cardio, weight and body weight exercises to get the heart rate up and target major muscle groups. Class is appropriate for all levels. Remember to bring water.
Middle School Kids can register for the elementary program or the high school program
