Summer Rec Jr for Incoming Kindergartners

This program is for incoming kindergartens.  It will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  the children will socialize with other incoming kindergartens while they play games, do crafts etc.  They will be supervised by LPS teachers Traci Ross, Kristen Lorentzen & Laurie Jamerson.

PROGRAM STARTS WEDNESDAY JUNE 24

This is take place at the Summer Street School Playground

CAMP RULE (CAN CHANGE IF STATE GUIDELINES CHANGE)





  1. Drop off for each activity will be socially distanced by kids and parents.


  2. Kids and staff will remain socially distanced at 6ft apart.


  3. Kids will wear masks if they cannot stay 6ft apart.


  4. Activity groups will be no larger than 10.


  5. Equipment will be cleaned after each use.


  6. Kids will bring own drinks / snack.  No shared food.


  7.  Kids & Staff will stay home if not feeling well.


  8. Kids can ride bikes to Rec.


  9. Parents remain in vehicle at pick up – Kids returned to vehicles one at a time.


  10. If it rains, Rec will be cancelled for the day.
